Both seat and back cushions are filled with a luxurious feather wrapped foam. The foam retains the structure of the shape, whilst the feather provides the ideal plumpness. Our Elio armchair is inspired by both modern and traditional silhouettes. We wanted to design a shape that exposes the key parts of its structure and provides a simple canvas for the upholstery to do all the talking. The inclusion of a traditional camelback detail also softens the structural aesthetic.
